  1. I’m still running strong! Today was tough difficult since I did a pretty big hike yesterday and was sore to begin with on the run. Do you target 70-80% HR zone Joe? I just got a bluetooth monitor and it is nice to have runkeeper give me updates during the run to stay in targeted zones.

    1. When I’m running for real (solo, in unknown territory) I don’t let myself go over 150. Which is in that range for most people.

      During training (tire pull and weighted hill sprints) I go way, way over that. 🙂
